The Student
Safety Equipped, Inc. believes that as with any successful training the student must be an active participant in the process.
Our unique approach to training combines traditional classroom lecture, video and “hands on” training along with an interactive approach in which each individual student is an active participant in the learning process. At the very start of every class conducted by Safety Equipped, Inc., the students are informed that the training he/she is about to receive is “all about you”. We emphasize the importance that the employer has placed in providing training for the student and the cost associated with them attending this class (time, money and production). Each student is encouraged to ask questions and to share any experiences that they may have had relating to the course topic. We believe that by engaging the student in the topic and encouraging class participation the student will be more focused and interested in learning something new.

As an employer you want to make sure that your employees are trained in the proper manner to avoid an injury from occurring in the work place.
The cost to an employer associated from an injury at the work place can range from increased medical and workman’s compensation insurance, property and equipment damage, job delays, overtime, hiring and training replacement workers, investigation time, clerical, OSHA fines and sometimes litigation from your employee. By not providing the proper training for your employees, it could cost you thousands of dollars.

They will know how to perform a function test on the equipment to be sure that the controls and functions are engaging safely before they operate the equipment. Lastly, they will be confident in their ability to perform their work safely and understand all the factors that go into the safe operation of the equipment they use.
