All OSHA 10-Hour classes are to be completed over 2 days. You must attend both Day 1 and Day 2 in order to receive your official OSHA 10-Hour card.
Lost OSHA Cards:
If you lose your OSHA card more than three years after your original training date, OSHA will no longer issue replacement cards. If you lose your official OSHA card within 3 years of the date of taking the class, you will be allowed one (1) replacement card for a fee. (Per OSHA)

To Register for a class: (Pre-Registration is Required) 1. Click on the "Registration Form" link below, complete and submit. Mail payment. We will receive your Registration via e-mail.
2. Click here Registration Form to print the registration form. Fill it out and mail it with your payment.
3. Call 508-332-8959 to register.
